Conan Silveira Seminar

Last night the gym had the pleasure of welcoming Conan Silveira from American Top Team who is here in Australia with Hector Lombard who will be fighting at CFC 16 this Friday. Conan took the usual 7pm BJJ class and throw in some extra MMA tips as well. The class went over a few techniques most of the students already are familiar with, but Conan was able to add his own flavour and layers to them. It was a good turnout and a fun night. We are very thankful to Conan for spending the time to do this. Great Coach. Great Man.
